ADOBOS CARNES ANTIGUAS, MACERACIONES, PUCHEROS Y CALDEROS...

Y es que... sin remedio somos la esencia de nuestras madres, abuelas, tias...aquellas que de lo que tenian hacian grandes comidas para toda la familia.

Todavia recuerdo cuando en "VENTILLAS" no teniendo ni luz ni agua en las casas, cogiamos las caza y la curabamos o metiamos en tinajas. Como pescabamos en las tablas poniamos los transmallos y quitabamos los peces haciendolos con tomate, en escabeche etc.

Siempre con respeto, solo para comer.
